I’m glad we ended this way, because I realized I got what I wanted. We talked, but we talked less because we were both so busy. Your life became different than before…. much more people to talk to, places to go, things to do… And somewhere along the way, we lost feelings for eachother. I’m glad that we haven’t seen eachother for a long time because that would have made it hurt. I don’t want to see how you’ve changed. I’d rather just remember you the way you were. Relationships are a bunch of sweet talk lies that never even seem true at the end. ” we’re going to get married” “we’ll stay together forever” every couple says that to eachother…. and then.. they end. lesson learned. long distance relationships don’t work for me, and I’ll be okay :) Temporary feelings of loneliness will be all worth it when I find someone new.
